Stretchy fabrics are some of the hardest to work with.
I know you can use tissue paper to help you. It's been a really long time since I've sewn with that kind of material.
You might also be using the incorrect thread. That makes a huge difference.
Here's a link with some tips. You might have to actually try a different needle too.
